Massage Therapy

We offers a range of massage therapies that can help improve your health and achieve deep relaxation. We specialise in remedial, sports, relaxation massage and cupping therapies.

1. Remedial massage

A remedial massage is not just for relaxation; It can be used to treat a variety of muscular conditions, as well as pain and certain injuries. Your MedPro remedial massage therapist is highly trained, and combines a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual and trigger point therapies, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release and deep tissue massage.
our therapist is trained to assess your body, observe changes over time, and design an individual treatment plan to assist with any identified issues. You will not only feel relaxed, but your general well-being, joint function and circulation will be improved, your pain reduced and your damaged tissue repaired.
          – Headaches
          – Bad posture
          – Hip and back pain related to pregnancy
          – Lower back, shoulder and neck pain
           – Sporting injuries
          – Restricted breathing
          – Restricted movement
If you’ve been injured while playing sports, remedial massage (especially when combined with our Hijamah therapy) is an excellent way to aid your recovery and get you back to doing what you love.
While remedial massage therapy can, at times, be uncomfortable, you should not experience high levels of pain. Be sure that you are honest and advise your therapist of any pain you experience, so that they can adjust their techniques. We will check in with you periodically, but do not be afraid to speak up. We want you to feel the full benefits of your remedial massage, and pain is counterintuitive to what we are working to achieve.

2. Sports / Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage therapy is perfect for breaking up scar tissue and muscle adhesions, which are the knots that we can feel in our muscles. These knots we can feel cause painful inflammation, and deep tissue is designed to relax the muscles and treat any medical issues.
Your massage therapist will begin with light pressure while your muscles warm up and then work into a deeper pressure. A deep tissue massage will promote mental and physical rejuvenation.

3. Relaxation Massage

A Relaxation Massage is perfect for reducing stress and anxiety relief, incorporating traditional Swedish massage techniques. Combining these techniques with aromatherapy and essential oils and Dry cupping Therapy will release muscle tension and calm your nervous system by decreasing cortisol in the body. This treatment is targeted towards people who are experiencing elevated stress or anxiety levels or those looking to achieve a better nights sleep.

4. Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to detox from all toxins present in the blood or organs, help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Both Dry and Wet cupping ( Hijamah) have many benefits to a lot of illnesses, if not to all illnesses except death
